Parts of the "Puzzle" global ...

The UN needs to foster, in conjunction with NASA, with urgency, an international meeting with scientists from all countries, specialized in Geology, Geophysics, Climatology, Astronomy and Civil Defense, in order to discover, find immediate answers to a plan international emergency to cope with the colossal events our Planet Earth.

No more time for "Climate , opinionated and made available now is the time to lay plans for assistance to victims of environmental disasters of major proportions.

Scientists with expertise in different disciplines, working with limited financial resources and technology, in isolation, without systematic sharing of new discoveries, which represents a danger not noticed, when parts of the "puzzle", are separated .. .

There is strong evidence of a geological event, with origins in climate, unprecedented, is underway, with predictable consequences and unknown at the time, but actions need to be planned preventive practices.

Based on data collected, the following global action plan of protection:

- Relocation of people from coastal areas of the Earth;

- Relocation of populations in areas of geological tectonic fractures;

- Relocation of people from neighboring areas of volcanic activity;

- Relocation of people from risk areas subject to flooding, from rivers to overflow;

- Relocation of populations in areas of risk, minimum safe altitudes, having as parameter the sea level;

- Manufacture and storage of large quantities of food and synthetic medicines, used by NASA in space travel;

- Prohibiting the use of private vehicles in areas at risk issued after the first warning of environmental disaster;

- Hiring and training of medical staff, specially trained to act in situations of disasters;

- Preparation of a strategic plan for alternate communication without the use of electric energy;

- Creation of a central global monitoring of possible environmental catastrophes directly linked to areas of risk, without exclusive reliance on electricity or satellites;

- Immediate availability of large quantities of emergency tents for hospital and housing;

- Planning and training of rescue teams popular in areas of risk;

- Planning to protect the areas of food production;

- Creation of an international monetary reserve fund, to help areas hit by environmental disasters;

- Special training of the armed forces of all countries for effective action on environmental disasters, major, leadership position in the auxiliary forces of civil defense;

- Investment in priority equipment first aid care.

These suggestions, and many other relevant suffer from effective immediately, aiming to help fast, efficient and planned, we are not surprised by catastrophic environmental disasters, like those in Pakistan and China recently.
