1 - The objective - Data collection is intended to measure topography measurements, photographs, testimonies and documents, and for the first time, get a detailed mapping of the actual levels of the rise of the Atlantic coastal areas of Brazil.

2 - Run Time - The start of the day will be from August 1, 2010, with field work, researching, filming and photographing, collecting testimonies from current and previous levels of high sea level, as recognized in different and full press coverage, but has not been studied with scientific rigor necessary throughout its extent and possible consequences.

The research and field documentation will last four months, and its termination on December 1, 2010.

On January 2 will begin the phase of confrontation and analysis of material collected.

Until February 5, 2011, will close the result of the mapping, delivering data and analysis thereof, to employees via the web.

3 - Methodology - Photography - Filming daily - Consultations topographic Captain of Ports in the Navy of Brazil - Statements and notes of the commanders of maritime vessels - Collecting information from the fishermen - Registry Offices of Real Estate - Plants topography of Counties - other mechanisms measurement available.

Shipping daily, via Twitter and e-mail, the information collected to a central data processing, in Curitiba, and reports to potential collaborators and funders of the research project.

5 - Resources needed - research in the field, films, photographs, recordings, questionnaires, maps and topographic data, past measurement data transmission.

6 - Data analysis - will be effected by comparison of the levels measured, compared with previous measurements, visual, photographic or documentary.

7 - Application of data collected - Journalism - Documentary - Urban Planning - Investment property - Local economy - Tourism Investment - Area Fishing - Influence on rivers, lakes and wetlands, and river channels and pluve interconnected.

8 - It will be distributed to all employees of the project, without distinction, with direct access to all materials and results obtained from research, to use as it deems appropriate.

Estimated cost of project: $ 3,000.00 (three thousand dollars a month), totaling approximately R$ 20,000.00

Monthly expenditure reports will be sent to employees via e-mail.
