WEB: Heaven or Hell?

The Internet users of Twitter and Facebook are writing a new Bible Universal.

The Web has become the most powerful weapon invented by man.

The Internet users of Twitter and Facebook are shaping a new DNA code of the future human race.

The Web has become a modern "Noah's Ark," which houses and preserves all human knowledge accumulated.

It is a destructive machine of dogmas and concepts, and paradoxically is machine generating new paradigms.

WEB returned the "Power" the political "People." The Web is a new "Constituent Power Universal, writing a new Constitution Universal.

Geopolitical toppled all the boundaries, coercively constructed by two world wars, thousands of revolutions and wars, not to mention the dictatorship and terrorism.
