THE WORLD WILL NOT END!

I attended a meeting this week that showed scientific evidence of an accelerated process of global warming, with tragic consequences, and also showed the many environmental disasters in urban areas and regions with their weaknesses, with strong potential for more occurrences of environmental disasters .

I showed the tragedy in Pakistan, due to torrential rains.

Showed strong heat wave in Russia.

I called attention to floods and landslides in China.

Demonstrated the enormous rise in sea level along the Brazilian coast and other coastal regions of the Earth.

I cited the discovery of the decrease in the size of the moon, and the dangers that this may represent the future of Planet Earth.

I cited the discovery that the sun is emitting particles unknown, without us knowing its consequences on our planet Earth.

I have spoken about the increased occurrences of earthquakes, with intensities increasing.

I warned about the eruption of volcanoes inactive and the danger they pose to urban communities, destitute.

The extinction of species vital to sustaining the food chain.

Anyway, I quoted all available data on melting glaciers, the destruction of ecosystems and biodiversity.

After all the briefing, one of the listeners was categorical: "The world will not end!".

"No matter how many die in Pakistan, Russia, China or even Brazil, mankind has too many people and will continue to exist, nor does it have to go underground.

In my work on Twitter, and through the Blog Site, I see the same reality: People are not worried and not paying attention to weather warnings.

Will only realize the dimensions of the environmental tragedy, resulting from climate change, when the house falls on their head themselves.

While falling just a neighbor's house, the others did not want to know.

There is a saying in Brazil, which reads: "The worst is the blind will not see." In Brazil no one wants to see, know or hear about climate change until the house falls on her head.

The Brazilians, in particular, are reacting to the environmental disasters in the same way they react when they die in transit, the face of corruption in politics, on drug trafficking and other social ills that need urgent action through awareness and mobilization of organized society.

The social position in general is one of indifference, apathy, as another popular saying: "Flour little, my first mush."

Just place an awareness and social mobilization and government after the thief break the door. After the door forced open, the lock is changed.

But unfortunately, for millions of lives will be sacrificed, it will be too late ...
